SiidAfrica’s theory of change is that by developing and implementing youth-led governance and development initiatives utilizing technology, and building partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders, we can empower young people and enhance their participation in governance and national development.
Our theory of change is based on the belief that technology can be a powerful tool to empower young people and enhance their participation in governance and development. We believe that by providing young people with the tools, training, and resources they need to access and utilize technology for their personal and civic development, we can improve their employability, increase their civic engagement, and promote social justice and equity.
Strategic Objectives
Develop and implement youth-led governance and development initiatives:
We aim to empower Nigerian youths within ages 15 – 35 years by providing them with the tools, training, and platforms to actively participate in governance and development initiatives in their communities.
Increase access to skills that build the capacity of youths:
We aim to have an increasing number of youths who have access to vocational, entrepreneurial, civic, and digital skills.
Build partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders to support SiidAfrica’s mission and goals:
